While Kendrick Lamar is set to perform at the Apple Music Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show, one artist will be making sure he's nowhere near the spectacle: Drake.

On the same day Lamar commands Caesars Superdom in New Orleans, the Canadian rapper will be performing on the other side of the world, launching his Anita Max Wynn Tour with a show in Melbourne, Australia.

Drake's tour takes him far from New Orleans

His tour schedule will keep him there through mid-March, effectively ensuring that the two rap heavyweights stay far apart.

Drake's absence from the Super Bowl festivities comes just days after Lamar won five Grammys, including one for "Not Like Us"-a diss track that directly targeted the OVO star.

The feud between the two artists has been ongoing for over a decade but reached new heights last year with a heated exchange of diss tracks.

Despite the Grammy sweep for his rival, Drake, appeared unbothered as he kicked off his tour in Perth on Tuesday.

The rapper made a dramatic entrance, walking through the crowd while the instrumental to "Over My Dead Body" played in the background.

He also made a bold fashion statement, wearing a black hoodie featuring bullet hole graphics-imagery that some fans speculated could be a response to the recent diss tracks.

Drake closed out his opening show with a statement that left many wondering if he was subtly addressing his rivalry with Lamar.

"My name is Drake. I started in 2008, I came all the way from Toronto, Canada. The year is now 2025, and Drizzy Drake is very much still alive," he declared, drawing cheers from the audience.

While Drake remains focused on his tour, Lamar has also kept the tension alive in subtle ways.

During his Grammy acceptance speeches, the Compton rapper sported a Canadian tuxedo, an apparent nod to Drake's home country.

He also dedicated one of his awards to his hometown of Los Angeles, making a pointed reference to the city's recent hardships.

As speculation over their feud continues, both artists are forging ahead with their respective careers.

Drake is also gearing up for the release of his collaborative project with PartyNextDoor, $OME $EXY $ONGS 4 U, dropping on Valentine's Day.
