Tensions between India and Pakistan seemed to be on the verge of escalating into a conflict similar to that of Russia and Ukraine, however, a last twist in the events seems to have stopped that confrontation.

This is the mediation of Donald Trump, president of the United States, who according to a post on his social network, Truth Social, after a long night of talks they would have managed to reach a pact and a ceasefire.

"After a long night of conversations with the mediation of the United States, I am pleased to announce that India and Pakistan have agreed to a total and immediate ceasefire. Congratulations to both countries for their common sense and great intelligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter!" he posted.

Little else is known at the moment, it is unclear whether they have reached any kind of agreement over the Kashmir region or whether it is simply something momentary. In recent days, Pakistan has published numerous pro-war tweets, which led to believe that this was something more difficult to stop.

These attacks are being carried out under the Operation, which is ongoing to protect the sovereignty, security and oppressed citizens of Pakistan. Long live Pakistan.
