Stimulus Payments June 2025: What checks will be cashed throughout the month?

June brings with it a variety of stimulus payments that can make a big difference in the lives of many people.

In Alaska, the next Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) disbursement will be delivered on June 18, 2025, for those who submitted 2024 (or earlier) dividend applications and whose status remains "Eligible-Not Paid" as of June 11.

This state program guarantees annual income to eligible residents, with an allocated amount of $1,702 for 2024. Applicants can check the status of their application by logging into myPFD, ensure their address is up to date and follow official channels for changes.

In addition, the PFD Division reminded residents to avoid obtaining an out-of-state REAL ID license, as this could affect their eligibility for future dividends.

FFESP arrives in California

On the other hand, in California, specifically in Sacramento County, the Families First Economic Stability Pilot (FFESP), a guaranteed income program that will benefit 200 randomly selected families, is being launched.

Starting on June 15, 2025, selected households will begin receiving $725 per month for one year, with no repayment obligations or additional requirements.

The goal of this program is to strengthen the economic and emotional well-being of families with children ages 0-5 who live in certain zip codes and whose income does not exceed 200% of the federal poverty level.

Selected families will also have access to community services, financial counseling and monthly webinars.

Participants were selected at random from those who applied electronically before April 27, 2025. The lucky ones will be ed from May 5 and must confirm their participation before the deadline provided.

To receive payments, participants will be able to choose between receiving a debit card issued by Usio or opening a bank with SAFE Credit Union.

The program ensures that the funds will not affect eligibility for benefits such as CalWORKs, Medi-Cal or CalFresh, although it is recommended to check with social workers about any potential impact on other programs.

In addition to the economic benefits, the FFESP will include an evaluation by MEF Associates, with surveys that will analyze the impact of guaranteed income on the lives of beneficiaries.

The information will be confidential and will help to future similar initiatives. Participants will be able to decide whether they wish to continue in the research component after applying, and may withdraw at any time.

Authorities stressed that neither immigration status nor participation in other community programs limits eligibility, and encourage all families to consider this opportunity for direct, unrestricted financial .
