Diddy's disturbing comments about Cassie Ventura surface

In the midst of Sean 'Diddy' Combs' federal sex trafficking trial, new testimony from his former personal assistant has shed light on the rapper's relationship with Cassie Ventura, his former girlfriend of 11 years and ex-protégé.

The man, named James, worked closely with Combs and was familiar with his personal life. He described a conversation in Manhattan where Combs spoke about Ventura and Kim Porter, the mother of four of his children.

Combs reportedly referred to Porter as "my queen" but described Ventura as "moldable".

"Got her right where I wanted her - she's young," he explained. Ventura began dating Combs in 2006 when she was just 19.

Testimony details alleged abuse and control over Ventura

James further recounted an incident from 2007 during a trip to Combs' Miami mansion on Star Island. While outside smoking cigarettes with Ventura and her friend, model Kerry Morgan, Ventura expressed how "crazy" her lifestyle was. When James asked why she didn't leave the situation, Ventura responded: "I can't get out. Mr. Combs oversees so much of my life."

The assistant also testified about Combs' control over Ventura's finances, revealing that Combs paid for her apartment and gave her an allowance. This financial dependence allegedly contributed to the grip Combs had on her.

Additional harrowing testimony came from former Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard, who told jurors she witnessed Combs hit Ventura in the head with a skillet full of eggs and threaten both women. These s the prosecution's narrative of a pattern of coercion and abuse.

Combs, arrested in September 2024, faces charges including racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Prosecutors claim Combs exploited his status in the music industry to lure women, including Ventura, with promises of fame and romance.

Once under his control, they allege he drugged the women and forced them into sex acts, sometimes with other men, which he filmed. The videos were reportedly used to blackmail the victims into silence.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges and remains detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. If convicted, he could face life in prison.

As the trial continues, the courtroom revelations paint a troubling picture of manipulation and control behind the scenes of the entertainment world.
