LeBron James suffers a new blow, but this time in his heart.

After the loss to Minnesota Timberwolves by 96-103 not only left Los Angeles Lakers out of Playoffs, but also an injury to King James.

During the last quarter of the game, James collided with Donte DiVincenzo with his knees. Although he finished the face-off, after undergoing an MRI, it was revealed that he suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament.

According to doctors, it would take four to six weeks for King James to fully recover. Now, however, Lebron will have to deal with a different kind of pain as his son Bryce leaves to attend college in Arizona.

The most recent episode of the Mind the Game podcast with Steve Nash was asked about his hobbies during his break and recovery from his injury. LeBron was optimistic that he plans to recover sooner, but revealed something that is bothering him:

My youngest son is headed off to college soon, so that's another bird out the nest. A very emotional moment coming up for Bryce going off to Tucson to be an Arizona Wildcat.

However, James will keep busy and attentive to his youngest daughter, Zhuri who practices volleyball.

His sons follow in his footsteps

Bronny and LeBron became the first father-son duo to share an NBA court. The elder James was selected by the Lakers in the second round of the draft last summer, though he played sparingly due to a heart condition.

He is ed by Bryce, who committed to Arizona earlier this year.

Thinking about retirement?

After the crushing blow of the loss, LeBron itted that he still has "no answer" for that his retirement. Although he sounded hesitant, the team and fans are optimistic that he will at least continue on the court for one more season.

After a 22-year career, Akron Hammer has nothing left to prove and is ready to rest and recover from his injury. He is still a great competitor and a tough opponent to face, so it wouldn't be surprising if we see him again as Luka Doncic's partner. However, we will have to wait and see what King James decides.
