New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers had his authority challenged by his No. 1 wide receiver, Garrett Wilson, who refused to back down when the two "alphas" of the Jets offense got into a heated argument at training camp.

NFL fans argued in circles about the severity of the interaction. The 40-second clip floating around social media included several very tense moments, but it was not clear what Wilson and Rodgers said to each other.
Big personalities butt heads
Rodgers is a maverick who refuses to operate under anybody else's . He missed Jets minicamp to take a mysterious trip to Egypt, which may have caused resentment among teammates like Wilson.
While Rodgers was on the sideline last season with a long-term Achilles injury, the second-year wide receiver bore a heavy load in a disappointing offensive unit, often let down by the play of the backup quarterbacks.
One on X, formerly Twitter, joked that Wilson might have been saying, "you were supposed to show up at mini camp so we could practice this."
Clearly, the two big personalities have some kinks to work out as the Jets hope to reach the lofty goals they set when they signed the four-time MVP quarterback. The good sign for Jets fans was that the argument ended in a handshake, because knowing Aaron Rodgers, there's no telling what he said before that.
