Kansas City Chiefstight end Travis Kelce moved to Boca Raton, Florida, this offseason to focus on his training.
Between workouts, Kelce retreated to a $20 million oceanfront home in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club. While fans wondered if his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, would him in Florida, the answer came last weekend.
Taylor Swift could make a surprise appearance
Swift and the 10-time Pro Bowler were seen enjoying a dinner together at Harry's Bar & Restaurant in West Palm Beach. A source told People magazine that the pop star is staying in Miami "to and spend time" while Kelce prepares for the 2025 NFL season.
"Travis was working on Friday before his dinner date with Taylor. He left work early to go and see her."
Kelce returned to Kansas City earlier this week for the start of Phase 3 of Organized Team Activities. The 35-year-old All-Pro also committed to attend the Big Slick this weekend, a multi-day charity event that raises money for Kansas City's Mercy Children's Hospital
While Swift has not been announced as one of the celebrities attending the annual fundraising event, The KC Star reported Thursday, May 29, that "there would be opportunities for Swift to quietly participate this weekend."
In December, Swift surprised young patients at Children's Mercy Hospital following the conclusion of the "Eras Tour." At the time, this visit marked her first public appearance in weeks.
Big Slick co-hosts Paul Rudd, Eric Stonestreet, Jason Sudeikis, David Koechner, Rob Riggle and Heidi Gardner visited Children's Mercy Hospital on Friday before hosting the event's celebrity softball game that night.
Swift may also make a surprise appearance at the Big Slick Show at the T-Mobile Center on Saturday. The KC Star noted: "[Kelce and Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes] wowed the audience with a sketch with the 'Chicago Super Fans,' and an appearance by Swift would undoubtedly be a resounding success."
