Jason and Travis Kelce are not afraid to tackle any topic that comes their way during each episode of their New Heights podcast, and in the latest episode they shared their experience for advice to parents who have children in their care who might be considered "wild"
During a question-and-answer session in which they interacted with their audience, a mother asked them how she can raise her "wild children" and prevent them from getting hurt.
While Travis Kelce is not yet a father, the two were able to get a taste of what it's like from their experience as brothers. However, Jason has four children: Wyatt, five; Elliotte, four; Bennett, two; and newborn Finnley, so he has some years of learning to share and began by recommending removing any sharp corners from the house.
"If they're that difficult, sometimes you have to let them learn on their own. As a parent, there's nothing you can do, right?" Jason opined, adding: "Get rid of sharp corners and surfaces, and don't leave weapons lying around."
The Kelce brothers' message of encouragement
Travis' advice was more focused on freedom and he considered that "to secure the house and the objects inside, tell them to get out," while his brother returned to his initial point that according to what he has experienced with his children: "this is something that will sort itself out. I don't know what you want me to tell you. The more they fuck up, the more they'll learn not to do stupid shit."
Finally, the concerned mother of three was also advised to use the technique of example and show them videos of other people who have hurt themselves by acting recklessly, to try to get them to stop doing crazy things, but Jason concluded that beyond being alert, she can also see a positive aspect, because she has "brave children."
