Prince Andrew is reportedly seeking an unlikely alliance with Prince Harry in a desperate bid to reclaim his status within the British royal family.

According to RadarOnline.com, the Duke of York views his nephew as a fellow outsider-marginalized by the monarchy-and hopes they can forces to stage a royal comeback.

The 65-year-old royal has been keeping a close eye on recent developments surrounding Harry, who recently lashed out following a court ruling that denied him access to government-funded security during visits to Britain.

"A good old-fashioned establishment stitch-up," the Duke of Sussex called the decision, in a sharply-worded interview that reignited tensions between him and the royal household.

Harry also revealed that King Charles, his father, has refused to take his calls, deepening the public rift that began when he and Meghan Markle stepped down from royal duties in 2020 to pursue ventures in the United States.

Now, insiders claim Andrew sees Harry's isolation as an opportunity to form a strategic bond.

Andrew sees shared exile as a chance to strike back

"Andrew is feeling a lot of kinship towards Harry. In his view, they are both 'spares' that have been terribly mistreated," a palace insider told RadarOnline.

Despite a historically distant relationship, the two now appear to share a common sense of rejection from the royal establishment.

Andrew's own downfall stems from his association with the late Jeffrey Epstein, whose sex trafficking scandal engulfed the Duke in controversy.

He was sued in 2021 by Virginia Giuffre, who accused him of raping her when she was 17. While Andrew denied the allegations, he reached an out-of-court settlement reportedly worth $16 million.

The scandal has left a dark cloud over Andrew, especially after Giuffre was found dead in April in what has been reported as a suicide. "It's all so tragic and dark. It's the last thing Charles wants to be associated with. He doesn't even want to see Andrew these days," a source revealed.

King Charles has reportedly ordered Andrew to vacate Royal Lodge, his long-time residence in Windsor, but the Duke is resisting the eviction. Feeling betrayed by his own family, Andrew now believes Harry's estrangement offers a chance to create a united front.

"Andrew still can't believe his own brother and family have turned on him this way, and now he sees they've done it to Harry, too," the source added. "In his view, that ought to bond them-even though they've never been close in the past."

However, forging this alliance may be difficult. According to insiders, Harry and Meghan are unlikely to align themselves with Andrew given his tarnished reputation. "They won't want to hitch their wagon to his-he's a disgrace," one source noted bluntly.

Yet Andrew remains hopeful, reportedly banking on the strong relationship between his daughters-Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie-and their cousin Harry. "According to Andrew, if they were to team up, Charles would be in a much weaker spot," the insider concluded.
