Actor Will Smith and his estranged wife,Jada Pinkett Smith, have put one of their Los Angeles properties up for sale for just under $2 million. The residence, located in the exclusive Woodland Hills neighborhood on the edge of the Santa Monica Mountains, was purchased by the couple in 2010 for $910,000.

The house has approximately 400 square meters of construction and five bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. Among its outstanding features are a large living room, a modern kitchen with integrated dining room and a spacious garage

In addition, the property includes a large garden, swimming pool with jacuzzi and a chill-out area for outdoor dining

Despite owning the home for more than a decade, there is no record of Will and Jada having lived in it, according to Realtor. It is believed that Smith and Pinkett purchased it as an investment or for use by a family member

This property is in stark contrast to her main residence in Calabasas, which is valued at $40 million and equipped with luxurious amenities such as basketball and tennis courts, as well as a huge swimming pool.

The decision to sell this property comes amid rumors about the relationship between Will and Jada. Although they formally separated in 2016, they remain legally married and maintain a cordial relationship for the sake of their children, Jaden and Willow. In recent interviews, Jada has mentioned that they were both "tired of trying" and decided to separate to seek their individual happiness.

Another million-dollar sale

According to Realtor, this is not the only residence that Will Smith has decided to sell recently. In recent months, the actor and Jada Pinkett also sold a home in Owings Mills, Baltimore County, which sold for $817,000.

In addition, U.S. media reports that the Owings Mills mansion was occupied by Jada's mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris, and not by the actor.
