"I haven't masturbated or been on social media. I haven't played video games either. I stopped playing. I used to play a lot, two or three hours a day, and I need to fill it with something," Sean O'Malley said about the profound changes in his life to focus on the fight against Dvalishvili.
What the 30-year-old fighter did not detail is whether he has completely abstained from sex before the fight, a practice that has been widespread in MMA and boxing over the years, despite there being no scientific evidence that sex before competing negatively affects performance.

Sean O'Malley, who itted he has been playing a lot of Texas Hold'em poker, revealed that he also "quit smoking weed. I just quit it cold turkey. I just didn't like how it made me feel. I don't overeat. I sleep better."
The popular fighter confirmed that he has parked social media to try to clear his mind and have more time for his family and training.
"In 2025 I decided that I would no longer use social media. I don't use social media and I feel like that's changed my life. It's only been three months, but I feel like it's changed my life, and I think that's going to affect my performance," said the Helena, Montana native.
