Eagles fan collapses after being tricked after opening the gift of his life

Matthew Simmonds has been a loyal Philadelphia Eagles fan since the 1980s. He has lived through decades of victories and defeats, and idolized legendary players like Randall Cunningham. Although he has had the opportunity to see his team play live, there was one dream he had yet to fulfill: to attend a Super Bowl to see the Eagles compete on the biggest stage in football.

Recently, Tatyana and Darius Simmonds, with the help of Jason Martin, the father of Tatyana's son, orchestrated an unforgettable surprise for Matthew. In a moment captured on video and shared on TikTok, the family handed Matthew an envelope that he thought contained school photos of his grandson. But when he opened it, he discovered something that left him speechless:
