Travis Kelce didn't take the offseason lightly - literally. After a tough Super Bowl loss in February, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end quietly launched into what may be his most disciplined summer yet, dropping 25 pounds and overhauling his lifestyle as he eyes what could be his final NFL season.

The 35-year-old has always played with intensity, but those close to him say this year is different. "Travis plans to be in the best shape of his life," a source told Daily Mail."This could be his last season, and he wants to go out like a man possessed."

That mission has come with sacrifices - and not just in the gym. Gone are the wild post-game celebrations, the cocktails, and even Taylor Swift's legendary baked treats. Yes, even the pop tarts.

Kelce's diet has become ultra-clean, thanks to personal chef Kumar Ferguson, who now oversees nearly everything he eats. That includes limiting sweets - even the homemade desserts Swift is known to whip up. "He might sneak one in here or there, but not like before," the insider added.

And when it comes to drinking? That's slowed down too. Kelce isn't abstaining completely, but sources say he's no longer the life of the party."He's not tossing back drinks on the porch anymore," the source said. "If they win another ring, sure, he'll celebrate. But right now, it's all business."

Fans got a glimpse of his trimmed-down frame during Mother's Day weekend in Philadelphia, where he and Swift were spotted with their families. He later confirmed at an Amazon MGM Studios event in NYC that he's 25 pounds lighter than he was when he last played the Eagles in February.

Alongside Ferguson, Kelce's longtime trainer Andrew Spruill is pushing him hard in the gym. Their focus? Strength, speed, and longevity. According to Men's Health, Spruill's methods are geared to extend careers, not just shape abs.

Whether this is his final run or just the next evolution of a legendary career, Kelce's "cruel summer" might be setting the stage for a fierce fall.
