Skip Bayless, host of FS1's "Undisputed," essentially posted a live play-by-play of the Dallas Cowboys shutting out the New York Giants and hanging 40 points on them during Sunday Night Football at MetLife Stadium.

Bayless, 71, was on a bit of a roller coaster ride to start the first game of the 2023 NFL season, tweeting how he knew the Giants would show up better prepared to play. Shortly after, the Cowboys super fan celebrated a touchdown by his defense.

"WOOOOOOOOOOOO-HOOOOOOOO," Bayless tweeted. "Same defense that led the NFL in forcing turnovers last year!!!"

He then went on to criticize one of the Dallas tight ends who couldn't make a catch, saying their former TE, Dalton Shultz, would have.

Bayless also criticized the new Cowboys kicker, who never even kicked in college, before later warming up to him.

Prior to the start of the game, Bayless tweeted: "Super Bowl here we come." Following the 40-0 victory, he seemed a lot more mellow, but will surely be fired up for "Undisputed" on Monday.

Bayless, who was still pleasantly surprised at his team's performance, couldn't help but to troll Giants fans by reminding them that the Cowboys also beat them when Odell Beckham Jr. made his one-handed catch.

During the second half, Bayless tweeted that the San Francisco 49ers are better offensively, but claimed the Cowboys have the best defense in the league. Skip is now on to the next game, though.

"Now all I care about is that the Cowboys keep everyone healthy for next Sunday, 4:25 ET, when our nemesis visits ... Aaron Bleepin' Rodgers, who has definitely owned US ... until this year. This one will belong to us," Bayless tweeted.
