Sports analyst Mike Greenberg of ESPN went viral last month for defending Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and is now echoing the exact opposite as the franchise prepares to host the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday at Highmark Stadium in the AFC Divisional Round.
Greenberg reportedly stated that Allen "hasn't acomplished anything" to be considered a great QB alongside the likes of Patrick Mahomes, exactly the opposite of his viral rant calling the Bills' quarterback the most underrated player in the league.
"Look, there are four [great quarterbacks in the league right now]," Greenberg said, per Sportskeeda. "Patrick Mahomes is the overwhelming quarterback of this generation. This is his league right now. And there were really three contenders to be his chief rival. Joe Burrow was one of them. And Burrow has gone into his building and beaten them. Lamar Jackson is another.
"He's about to win his second MVP award, and then Allen is the third one. And to me, he's the one who has the least claim to it. He hasn't actually accomplished anything. So those of us who believe in him are just doing so based on blind faith."
Bills need a new stadium
Bills lost four straight Super Bowls in the nineties and have since continued to be one of the league's poverty franchises.
They had to postpone their AFC Wild Card clash against the Pittsburgh Steelers due to a blizzard before beating them a day later.
Bills are once again asking fans to help them clear out the snow, leading social media to troll them, especially with comments saying they need to build a dome stradium.
