The Baltimore Ravens have made a significant commitment to their ground game, securing star running back Derrick Henry on a two-year contract extension worth $30 million, with $25 million guaranteed. The deal ensures Henry will remain with the team through the 2027 season, extending his tenure beyond the expiration of his previous contract, which was set to end in 2025.
General Manager Eric DeCosta and head coach John Harbaugh had previously expressed their desire to keep Henry in Baltimore long-term, emphasizing his importance in the team's offensive strategy.
