Stephen A. Smith knows how to get people going. Whether that's through controversial hot takes or spitting the flat-out truth that may hurt some people, Smith always finds a way to stay in the media spotlight. There's a reason he gets paid so well to do what he does.

On Thursday, Smith was in rare form on his "First Take" show. He got everyone riled up and in stitches early by putting on a Cowboy hat and taking a shot at Jerry Jones while dancing to salsa music. He implored the Dallas Cowboys owner to hire Deion Sanders as head coach to save his franchise.

While that was a playful gesture, the show turned a bit more serious later on. Smith and co-host Dan Orlovsky were debating whether recently fired head coach Mike McCarthy could be the best candidate for the open Chicago Bears job. Orlovsky's analysis didn't sit right with Smith.

"You've made me nauseous. I can't believe some of the stuff that's just come out of your mouth. First of all, Dan Orlovsky, did you just say he elevated Dak Prescott? Is that what you said?"

While Smith was retorting, Orlovsky began rubbing his eye with his index finger before adding his middle finger as well. Some took that as a "message" Orlovsky was trying to send to Smith.

Many fans were loving the move, but they couldn't help but imagine that Orlovsky could get in trouble for his gesture. Whether it was genuine or not, Orlovsky definitely looked like he wasn't having a fun time arguing with Smith.
