In the world of professional sports, trainers usually remain behind the scenes, their work reflected in the athletes' performance rather than public statements. However, Bobby Stroupe, trainer to none other than Patrick Mahomes and the president of the Athlete Performance Enhancement Center, took to social media Sunday openly criticizing the Cincinnati Bengals, a move that has caught the attention of NFL fans and professionals alike.

Stroupe, known for his experience and expertise in athlete training, sparked controversy with a now-deleted tweet following last Sunday's games. "I cheer against the Bengals every week. I don't want kids to think that running your mouth and being disrespectful and bad winners is good football. I hate the whole organization. So, yeah. Go Bills," he expressed, making his disdain for the Bengals' attitude and approach to the game clear.

Stroud and the Texans knocked off the Bengals

This week, Stroupe continued his public disapproval, particularly as the Bengals faced a tough game against the Houston Texans. Despite a strong performance by Bengals' quarterback Joe Burrow, who completed 27 of 40 es for 347 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions, it wan't enough for a win. Burrow's efforts were overshadowed by the Texans' CJ Stroud, who, for the second consecutive week, delivered a stellar performance, ing for 356 yards and a touchdown.

The Texans' impressive 544 yards of total offense highlighted the Bengals' inefficiency, fueling Stroupe's criticisms. While some fans and analysts see Stroupe's comments as a bold stance against unsportsmanlike conduct, others view it as an unnecessary and unprofessional outburst from someone in his position.
