Yang Xinmin, a 77-year-old Chinese athlete, has revealed the secrets of his timeless physique after 40 years of bodybuilding. Doctors say his physique is more like that of a 30-year-old.
"Over the years, I have led a healthy life thanks to bodybuilding training. So I should be grateful for what I have achieved in bodybuilding and promote it so that more people are willing to participate in this type of training," he explained.
Yang Xinmin, who was inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger, entered his first bodybuilding competition in 1983 and has since won more than 100 trophies and medals.

"My physical condition, my muscle strength and my power are better than most young people, although I am already over 70 years old. Training is the most important thing in my life. After years of experience, being a champion is no longer my goal.
