The concern of experts and space agencies about the approach of asteroid 2024 YR4 to Earth is more than evident. The devastation would be total in that area. What is worrying is that, so far, most asteroids did not exceed 1% probability, something that doubles 2024 YR4.
In the following years, the evolution of the asteroid will be studied, although the hope is that, before 2032, the percentage will have been reduced. However, experts do not rule out that this probability may increase, which would force more urgent measures to be taken and greater involvement of the planet's governmental organizations.
