Sean P. Diddy issued a new subpoena as his federal court investigation ramps up

As if rapper Sean P. Diddy Combs wasn't already in deep trouble due to the many lawsuits against him and the many legal issues surrounding that. For years, Diddy has been an abusive person towards other and this includes both men and women. Although the case seemed to have calmed down due to a lack of updates, the folks at TMZ caught wind of federal authorities now getting involved in the case. They are investigating Diddy to possibly get a criminal indictment and issuing a new grand jury subpoena that is related to a hotel in Florida. Legal docs obtained by the media outlet this subpoena is being demanded to force a hotel in Miami to deliver more evidence on the rapper.

What happens if this subpoena against Diddy is approved?

Should this subpoena get approved, the rapper's days as a free man could potentially be numbered if they find any of this evidence to be incriminating. However, there is also a chance that evidence could be destroyed and that would be even worse for not just Diddy but the Miami hotel too. This is the same hotel where Diddy allegedly assaulted his ex Daphne Joy. This subpoena specifies the period from January 1, 2008 to the present and they are asking for check-in and check-out dates. They are also asking for room numbers, guest preferences and requests. Amongst other things they deem important for the investigation.

The prosecutors asking for this information also asked for computer IP addresses and s for the individuals. So as you see, the federal government now is taking this Diddy case extremely seriously Alongside this investigation, there is also the raid Diddy's home in Miami had a few months ago. That same house where the rap mogul's infamous sex parties took place. Amongst that and other very serious accusations, there is also the case that is following Diddy's potential involvement in fellow rapper Tupac Shakur's assassination.
