It belongs to the Paraguas group, the same company that owns other outstanding restaurants in Madrid such as Ten con Ten, Amazonico, Ultramarinos Quintin and Aarde. Numa Pompilio is located at 18 Velazquez Street, in the Salamanca district, one of the most exclusive areas of the capital. The menu of this exclusive restaurant in Madrid focuses on Italian cuisine, although with an international touch. As they point out on their website: "The classics of Italian cuisine and its fusion with international cuisine will make you travel back in time to ancient Italy."

The main menu consists of six groups, from starters to spoon dishes. Highlights include caviar, with three options such as 500g beluga. Pasta with options such as pappardelle with partridge, spaghetti carbonara or tagliatelle with artichokes, making this place a unique restaurant for fans of Italian food in general and Spanish food in particular.
