Ben Affleck has decided to give his image a twist, opting for a dark dye makeover in an attempt to rejuvenate and, incidentally, return to dating with the 'available' sign. The 52-year-old actor surprised everyone during his appearance at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, showing off his noticeably darker hair and gray-free beard, something unusual for him.
Obvious change of look
This change is not a surprise considering that Hollywood is in the midst of a wave of transformations of the most famous actors, who seem to be looking to look younger. Leonardo DiCaprio, for example, was recently seen with darker hair during awards season and his appearance at CinemaCon, while George Clooney also surprised his followers with a darker hair tone, although his change is due to his role as Edward R. Murrow in 'Good Night, and Good Luck'
Ben's look, however, is more subtle compared to that of Clooney or DiCaprio. During his presentation in Las Vegas, he wore a navy pinstripe suit, a light blue shirt and no tie, conveying a relaxed yet elegant image. Although his 'look and feel' is noticeable, his style remains classic.
