The images show a young man doing pull ups on a California beach when he's approached by a man with a hoodie and pants. It's none other than Lamar, who asked the youngster if he can try to get some work done in the bars. Next we can see the rapper making pull ups with ease.

Kendrick is no stranger to working out, with running being his go to. "My early-morning practice is that I have to run. When I started running, that's where I started to understand (...) There was this threshold of pain in the spirituality for me. I my shins was aching, and I was like, I got one mile to go." Lamar told Runners World.
