Katie Price's extreme surgery makes her unrecognizable to port scanners

Katie Price has revealed that her frequent cosmetic surgeries, including her latest facelift, have caused unexpected issues while traveling. The former glamour model, now 46, shared that her appearance has changed so drastically that airport port scanners no longer recognize her, making it difficult to through security without complications. Currently on holiday in Cyprus, Katie reflected on the impact of her many surgeries, including a recent £10,000 facelift in Turkey.

Despite her port photo being up to date when it was taken years ago, Katie explained that it no longer resembles her due to the significant changes to her face over time. "Even the port machine doesn't recognize me," she itted during an interview on the I'm ADHD! No You're Not podcast. "I've had about two facelifts since that picture, so I don't even look like myself anymore."

Katie's Struggles with Travel Technology

Katie described how traveling has become a challenge, particularly when flying to Turkey, where she has undergone most of her cosmetic procedures. She shared that airport security scanners are difficult to navigate, and she often has trouble with technology at the checkpoints. "I'm terrible with technology," she joked, "but I'm the one pushing all the buttons, and I blame the machine when it doesn't do what I want."

The reality TV star traveled to Turkey earlier this year for her latest surgery, despite facing ongoing legal battles related to her financial issues. She currently owes £750,000 in unpaid taxes and has been declared bankrupt twice. While a warrant was out for her arrest as part of her bankruptcy case, Katie opted to proceed with the facelift, and has since proudly shown off the results of the operation.

Though her former surgeon, Dr. Jeya Prakash, refused to perform any more surgeries on her in 2022 due to concerns about her addiction to cosmetic procedures, Katie continues to seek out treatments from other doctors. Medical experts have expressed concerns about the risks of repeat facelifts, including potential nerve damage and facial asymmetry.

Despite her long history of cosmetic surgery-including 16 breast augmentations, rhinoplasty, and veneers-Katie insists she is not addicted. In a previous interview, she explained her mindset, saying, "It's like maintaining a car. If you get a scratch or a dent, you fix it, and that's how I feel about my body." While she acknowledges that some people, including her own mother, worry about her decisions, Katie remains confident in her choices, stating that she does not want to look like a "freak."

Katie's journey with cosmetic surgery continues to stir conversation, and as she faces both personal and financial challenges, it seems her transformation is far from complete.
