Diddy is said to be concerned for his children as he spends time locked away following his arrest over alleged racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking that dates back as far as 2006.

He is currently locked away in a Special Housing Unit following his arrest, which was caught on camera. TMZ sources say the rapper is 'holding up okay' but is largely 'concerned' about his children.

He is currently in a 10 x 8 jail cell and allowed just one hour of recreational time per day.

Diddy is desperately wanting to speak to his children, while his children and his family are said to be 'processing' the situation, 'leaning on each other and God' in a bid to get through the difficult period.

Diddy has seven children in all, including Quincy, Justin, Christian "King", Chance, twins D'Lila and Jessie and two-year-old Love. D'Lila, Jessie and Love are the only ones from the seven who are not adults, with the former two still 17.

TMZ reports that the twins D'Lila and Jessie are currently staying with a friend of their late mother's in Los Angeles.

Diddy is said to be on suicide watch currently, and while family and friends are able to visit, it's unclear how often he can call them.

The arrest

Diddy was arrested at a Manhattan hotel and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution soon after.

A judge denied his request for bond and ordered him to be detained, likely due to his wealthy means, with prosecutors successfully convincing the judge that he is 'a danger'.
