Jennifer Lopez expertly dodged questions about her split with Ben Affleck as divorce seems destined for the pair, although there could be some hope as the 55-year-old singer was spotted wearing her wedding ring.
The couple, who married in 2022, have not been spotted together for months and spent their wedding anniversary and Lopez's birthday apart as the Batman star seemed more preoccupied with moving out of their shared home.
Yet as the model headed out in Beverly Hills on Friday, August 9, she had no intention of giving fans an update on her private life when quizzed by TMZ. Radio silence was the policy of the On The Floor singer.
However, in what could be a sign to her husband that she still wants to fix things, she was spotted wearing her wedding ring to go with her white t-shirt and blue jeans just days after she had taken it off whilst house-shopping.
Lopez went out with Emme in the Beverly Hills part of Los Angeles to size up a $68m home and didn't have the symbol of love on her ring finger, although now it's back despite Affleck's decision to move out.
The Pearl Harbor actor purchased a secluded $20m place perfect for intimacy and privacy from the paparazzi in the Pacific Palisades region whilst Lopez's Beverly Hills home would be right in the heart of celebrity suburban life.
Divorce on the wall for the pair
The 51-year-old husband has been spotted with and without his wedding ring on in recent months too, as it remains unclear just exactly how they feel about each other although it seems their time as a married pair is doomed to end.
Whilst an insider told the DailyMail.com that divorce papers have been drawn up for months and they are simply waiting for the right time to file them.
"At that time [divorce announcement], they will release a t statement that will say how they have much love for each other and how they fought to make it work, but couldn't," a second source told DailyMail.com.
"Honestly, in the end they could not come to a compromise. What they had before is gone and they have both accepted it."
