There's no doubt that Caitlin Clarkhas become a media sensation since her time with the Iowa Hawkeyes. The reason is simply her outstanding play, charisma, and the straightforward way she approaches games, without any extravagance or showing off. To me she is already a role model for future generations. Since her arrival in the WNBA, she has done nothing but break ratings records and increase the demand for games in a league that is growing at a frantic pace this season.

The demand for Clark's games is so high that yesterday's game in Atlanta was moved from the Gateway Center, which usually hosts 3,500 fans, to the Atlanta Hawks' State Farm Arena. There, 17,575 fans set a Dream record for single-game home attendance. The previous record was 11,609, set during the franchise's inaugural game against the Detroit Shock in 2008. Such is Clark's impact, making her popularity and influence on the league undeniable. In my opinion, her arrival was a turning point, even influencing the league to allow all teams access to private jets for travel, a perk that didn't exist before Clark.

Yesterday, the Indiana Fever secured their fourth consecutive victory against the Atlanta Dream with a score of 91-79. Five players on the team scored 10 or more points, with NaLyssa Smith standing out with 21 points and 9 rebounds. She, along with Kelsey Mitchell, is becoming a great complement to Clark, who scored 16 points and dished out seven assists. With one of those assists, Caitlin Clark became the fastest player in WNBA history to record 250+ PTS & 100+ AST. With 17 games she ed legend Sue Bird who did it in 19 games.

After starting the season 1-8, Indiana is now 7-10. The last time the Fever won four games in a row was in 2015, which was also the last time Indiana went to the WNBA Finals. They now have the opportunity to extend their winning streak to five games with a visit to the Chicago Sky and Angel Reese, who is coming off the best game of her career. Get ready for Clark vs. Reese 3.0. According to Vivid Seats, tickets for that game at Wintrust Arena are averaging $351, with the cheapest starting at $164. Once again, this is the incredible impact Clark has on the league - simply amazing.
