Ja Morant needed to be sidelined after injuring himself during the third game of the Grizzlies vs. Thunder series. Unsurprisingly, he was not happy about it and ended up watching his team get swept from the bench, feeling isolated from everyone.

The situation was challenging for everyone within the Memphis organization, but Ja Morant was in the spotlight. He appeared angry, and when one of the official broadcast cameras focused on him, he tried to hide from it by putting his hand in front of the lens. This moment turned into a humorous highlight for the TV broadcast team.

The injury occurred in the third game of the series, where the Oklahoma City Thunder staged a remarkable comeback from a 29-point deficit to win the game. This comeback marked the largest point reversal in NBA playoff history.

Lugentz Dort fouled Ja Morant in a significant way. During a fast break, the Grizzlies star was driving to the rim to dunk the ball when Dort attempted to defend him, resulting in Morant falling awkwardly.

Morant's relationship with the team and the NBA has been troubled, especially given his history involving firearms. He previously recorded an Instagram Live video with a rifle. Earlier this season, the Grizzlies suspended Morant for similar behavior, and just weeks ago, he celebrated in a manner that appeared to mimic throwing a grenade at the public.

While Ja Morant undoubtedly possesses immense talent, I don't believe he has the mindset necessary to become an NBA superstar and lead a team to an NBA championship.
